My passion is promoting growing Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Organizations, to increase their visibility to their prospective clients and their current clients. The goal is for this increased visibility to result in more client satisfaction and increased revenue to you, the client.

Over 25 years of office experience in a variety of industries. Starting as an office clerk and moving up to office manager.

In addition, I have over 15 years of experience running my own business. These work experiences give me a unique view point, the ability to bring flexibility and to be proactive on behalf of clients. Services are packaged in a way to offer each client a variety of services, customizing specific solutions for each Entrepreneur, Business or Organization’s specific needs.
Having a practical outlook and strong work ethic comes from my growing up on a small peach and almond ranch in California. Later, I went to college in the Bay Area, got married and raised two children. Working full time while raising two children increased my fascination with being organized and I used this knowledge in the offices where I worked. This eventually led to my starting a professional organizing business in 2005 called “Reduce the Chaos” which I managed while continuing to work in offices.
As technology changed, I saw the opportunity to expand my already existing services into the virtual assistant and social media manager arena. My focus shifted away from professional organizing and turned toward social media management and virtual assisting, thus Reduce the Chaos Virtual Assisting and Social Media Management was born. I continue to expand services and products to my clients.
Personally I love to read and learn new things (which is a good thing since social media changes rapidly!). One of the things I get to do, because my business is virtual, is house and pet sit, the dogs are like fuzzy grandkids to me and I love spending time with them. The ability to work flexible hours from anywhere I have an internet connection has been a big bonus to having more freedom while serving my clients.
